Flight delayed? We follow your flight. Your driver waits for the real landing time, free of charge.
Riads in the medina: cars cannot enter the narrow streets. Your driver stops at the closest access point, where luggage porters with carts always wait, or your riad sends someone to meet you. Tell your riad your arrival time.
Luggage: one large suitcase and one cabin bag per person fit easily. Tell us in advance about golf bags, bikes or extra luggage.
Child seats: available free of charge. Tell us the age of your children when you book.
Departure transfers: we suggest a pickup 3 hours before an international flight.
After booking, send us your flight number, arrival time, the name and address of your riad or hotel, and a WhatsApp number.

Can the car drive to my riad in the medina?

Cars cannot enter the narrow streets of the medina. The driver stops at the closest access point to your riad, where luggage porters with carts always wait. Many riads also send someone to meet you there: just tell them your arrival time.

How do I book my transfer?

How long is the drive from the airport to the city center?

About 15 to 25 minutes to the medina, Gueliz or Hivernage, depending on traffic.

Yes. Book the same transfer and tell us your flight time. We usually pick you up 3 hours before an international flight.

Is this cheaper than a taxi?

For one or two travellers a taxi can cost a little less, but the price must be negotiated and the meter is rarely used. For a family or a group, a private transfer at a fixed price per vehicle is often the same price or cheaper, with no waiting and no negotiating.
