2. Booking & Payment Policy

  • All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit (amount varies by tour).
  • The remaining balance is usually paid on arrival or as specified during confirmation.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and cash (in Morocco).

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before the tour start date: full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the tour: 50% refund of the deposit.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations: no refund.
  • Changes to tour dates are possible based on availability.

4. Custom Tours

If you don’t find a tour that suits your needs, you can design your custom trip using our “Design Your Dream Morocco Trip” page. Custom tours require direct confirmation and personalized pricing.

5. Responsibilities

WhereToGoMorocco acts as a tour operator and connects you with licensed local guides, drivers, accommodations, and activity providers. While we do our best to ensure a safe and pleasant experience, we are not liable for personal injuries, lost belongings, or delays caused by third parties, weather, or unforeseen events.

6. Travel Documents & Insurance

  • Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas (if required), and travel insurance.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for your trip.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to harm our website or its functionality
  • Reuse content without permission
